Introduction
Active Lives publishes children and young people data once a year. Data is available at national, regional and local level. Below you can see the local picture for all districts throughout Kent and Medway.
What do we mean by physical activity for Children and Young People?
- ‘Active’ is an average of at least 60 minutes a day.
- ‘Fairly Active’ is an average of 30-59 minutes a day.
- ‘Less Active’ is an average of 30 minutes a day.
