Kent Cricket – Disability Performance Coach

Kent Cricket are looking to recruit a Performance Cricket Coach, who will coach and manage a training and fixture programme for the Kent Learning and Physically Disabled (LD/PD) Cricket Squad. This is a part-time role with a yearly package payment.

Two year programme starting in September 2022 designed for students who are currently working in a physical education setting and who want to obtain a qualification whilst only attending university one day a week.

Canterbury Christ Church University – BA Top Up year in Physical Education and Physical Activity

A natural follow on from the Foundation Degree, on successful completion of this students will obtain a BA (Hons) in Physical Education and Physical Activity.  Again, this programme is only one day a week.  The next cohort will start in September 2022.

Work Experience / Placement

Active Kent & Medway receives many requests from people looking to undertake work experience or placements within the service.

Any enquiries for work placements must go throughKent County Council, where you will find details of the types of placements which can be offered and the application form.

We also suggest that those looking for work experience get in touch with the Sports Development unit in their local area, who may be able to offer opportunities. It is important to note that work experience cannot be guaranteed.
