Kent and Medway NHS Talking Therapies is a free and confidential service available to anyone aged over 17.5 years, registered with a GP in Kent and Medway. This service aims to support people experiencing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.

A range of therapies are available via the service, including counselling for depression, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and more, as well as mental health webinars and other self help tools such as Silvercloud.

Additionally, NHS Talking Therapies in Kent and Medway offers employment support, and can help if you are employed and experiencing problems at work or want to change job, unemployed seeking work, and much more.
