Age UK, Faversham & Sittingbourne
Age UK, Faversham and Sittingbourne have been delivering weekly walking sport sessions in Faversham targeting those least active and over 45. The programme has added focus to upskill volunteers to continue the sessions beyond the initial funding.
Confidance
Confidance, based in East Kent Based work with schools and communities to deliver dancing opportunities to people with a disability. They have been delivering virtual and face to face inclusive dance sessions.

Kent Wildlife Trust
Kent Wildlife Trust in partnership with the Kent and Medway Recovery and Wellbeing College, delivered wilder wellbeing programmes which focus on connecting participants to, and being active in nature to aid their wellbeing.

Medway Diversity Forum
Medway Diversity Forum aims to promote social inclusion, relieving the needs of such people and assisting them to integrate into society. The tackling inequalities fund enabled them to deliver a range of activities including badminton, karate, yoga, football, dance and walking groups.

The Medway Public Health Improvement Team
The Medway Public Health Improvement Team have embedded Everyday Active in a number of their programmes and use their Medway Community page to highlight all the activities and opportunities to get active across Medway.
Social Prescribing with Freedom Leisure
The Social Prescribing team from Sandwich and Deal Primary Care Network have worked with Freedom Leisure to support patients within the local community to improve their health and wellbeing by accessing Sandwich Leisure Centre.
