We are seeking to recruit a Workforce Development Officer to work with sport and physical activity providers and the wider voluntary and community sector to help more of Kent and Medway’s residents become more active, more often.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and make it their own. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within workforce development and have experience of creating and implementing project plans. They will be a self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
