Kent has a long history of talented performers, born or raised in the county, who have gone on to represent their country on the world stage at World Championships, European Championships, Olympic and Paralympic Games.

We recently caught up with three talented performers from Kent: James Hall (Gymnastics), Courtney Tulloch (Gymnastics) and Jemima Yeats-Brown (Judo) to hear how they keep active outside their training and competitions, how they benefit from keeping active and what inspired them to get active and begin their sporting careers.
