Introducing our FREE Sport Welfare Supporter Kit Bag, for sports clubs across Kent and Medway who share our commitment to promote good practice and safe sport for children, young people and adults at a local level.
Our Supporter Kit Bag includes: a large sports bag, a club welfare hi viz vest, an umbrella, a portfolio folder, a notepad, a pen and pencil, an A4 clipboard, a water bottle, a first aid kit, sports cones, sport disc markers plus welfare posters and resources.
To receive your clubs’ FREE supporter kit bag, we invite you to complete the short application form below, plus the Sport Welfare Project club welfare survey. The survey should take around 10 minutes, and your feedback will help us understand how things are going within your club and where we can offer additional help and support if needed. On completion of the application form below, you will receive the link to the club welfare survey within your confirmation email.
Please note, we have a limited number of Supporter Kit Bags available. They will be distributed on a first come, first served basis to affiliated clubs who complete the club welfare survey. This offer will be removed once all the kit bags have been distributed.
