The Kent School Games, coordinated by Active Kent & Medway, is helping Year 6 students transition to secondary school PE and Sport with confidence. We joined students from Hampton Primary School as they attended a Social ME transition event at Herne Bay High School. The event helped them meet Year 7 students, make new friends, try new sports and build confidence.
