This local picture shows the latest Active Lives Adult data at a National, County and local authority level.
What do we mean by physical activity?
- ‘Active’ means an average of 150 minutes of moderately intense activity per week.
- ‘Fairly Active’ means an average of 30-149 minutes of moderately intense activity per week.
- ‘Inactive’ means less than an average of 30 minutes of moderately intense activity per week.
When we say there is a statistically significant change, this means we can be confident that the differences seen in the surveyed respondents are reflective of the population.
