Organisation: Kings Hill FC Jets are the PAN disability section of Kings Hill Football Club. The club aims to ensure inclusivity and provide a supportive and friendly environment for all players.
Project Overview: Many of the Jets players have sensory needs which require support during sessions. The fund allowed the club to purchase sensory equipment to ensure the team is fully inclusive and all disabilities are catered for.
Impact:
- Strengthening of player coach relationships
- Development of new friendships
- Increased attendance at weekly training and monthly tournaments
- Increased confidence
- Reduced anxiety
Next Steps: Due to the attraction of new regular players the club is looking to offer a more tailored package to support these players on their club journey.
